UNF is a Non Governmental Organization, operating in the World to promote the economic, cultural and social development of the countries that request it. The UNF brings together Goodwill Ambassadors from all countries wishing to work for a better and more just world.
Territoriality, sovereignty, identity are the benchmarks of governments that analyze migration flows and manage border crossing. They are the logical preoccupations of repression or acceptance of the migrant with security. However, we must not forget the public health that is present. But is it sufficient, however, among peoples and nations?
What about health systems around the world especially in countries ravaged by conflict? Is social protection at the heart of the provisions affecting the entry and residence of foreigners?
WHO has been providing humanitarian responses and since 2016 has been committed to strengthening health systems and achieving universal health coverage.
In addition, a further step was taken in 2018 with the establishment of a global health pact for safer and more elaborate migration, which should lead to a new 2020 health framework, the result of a concerted Member States.
This framework will certainly enable decision-makers to have a clearer vision of needs. However, we must mobilize on the ground in order to have effective solutions and to allow each person traveling without discrimination of sex, age, religion, nationality or race and to each host country, whatever the legal status to benefit of this protection.
We must ensure the interest of migrants but also to the host countries. In this context, access to vaccination to avoid the importation of infectious agents and prevention measures on mosquito bites are issues dealt with by the UNF, which is associated with the implementation of the global program of Malaria control, which aims to reduce the case of malaria by 2030 by at least 90% and to eliminate it in at least 35 countries.
The UNF, whose objective is to strengthen inter-country and inter-agency coordination and collaboration, is associated with concrete and immediate interventions in this area, provides a forum for belligerents and makes its experts in this field available.

Installation of two Solar Power Plants in Cameroon thanks to the intermediation of H.E. Christophe Giovannetti, President of Union Nations Federation UNF.
Responding to the invitation of His Excellency the Minister of Energy Eloundou Essomba Gaston, his Excellency Christophe Giovannetti led a delegation composed of the leaders of AF Power for the construction of two solar power plants to complete the current offer of energy in Cameroon.
AF Power is already well known in Africa for the realization of its infrastructure and it is not the first time that H.E Christophe Giovannetti introduced this company successfully in Africa. Strong mutual trust has been established in recent years.
“Energy and electricity for all is the key to stability and social progress on the African continent and we must do everything we can to get it done within ten years,” said Christophe Giovannetti at the end of the meeting.
In France, in May, will be held at the field of Longchamps, the first festival of holidays and Ethical and sustainable travel organized by the ATS, the first national network of tour operators of fair and eco-green tourism which brings together 35 associations and 19 tour operators.
This initiative is welcome in the French landscape knowing that eco-tourism represents only 2% of the tourism offer.
Tourism, in general, is a tremendous lever for the local development of territories but it can not be done unbridled. You have to consider the environmental impact and protect the resources. For this, it is necessary to take the time of the exchanges, to avoid too many intermediaries in the organization of the journeys, to open oneself to immersion experiences and to set up participatory programs in connection with the reality of the countries.
The UNF defends responsible tourism, which protects nature and preserves terrestrial and maritime biodiversity. This eco-tourism is associated with green tourism and the defense of eco-systems.
Green tourism but also urban ecology that sets up reserves, eco-sites, uses products and renewable sources of non-toxic energy, contributes to the safeguarding of our planet and defends the needs of future generations.
The UNF will mark the important efforts of the nations. It highlights, for example, Tanzania, which currently stands out for its responsible tourist offer with eco-safaris among other things, which allow you to enjoy wildlife while protecting nature.
Initiatives are numerous but scattered. We must make them known to go further because educating allows to awaken the consciences but also to make enjoy the humanity of the experiences of each one.
What is the best way to stop mosquitoes from biting ?
In order to preserve the food chain, and respect for nature and health the inventors of
Moskitofree have developed a protection device against mosquito bites. It functions without
pesticides, insecticides, it is environmentally friendly and safe for public health. This device is
the ONLY reliable solution to protect oneself. What is this solution?
Mosquitoes use two sensors. The first is a heat sensor that allows the mosquito to spot its
prey. The second is an olfactory sensor that allows the mosquito to choose and bite his victim.
This olfactory sensor is the root source making the mosquito bite its prey. It is the body odors
that are the trigger of the mosquito’s will to bite. The innovative solution of Moskitofree is to
capture the molecules of body odor and CO2. The result is to make the prey totally invisible
and odorless for the mosquito who therefore refuses to bite.
The principle is to generate negative ions to neutralize the harmful particles by magnetic
actraction, forcing them to aggregate: the negative ions (anions) amalgamate the particles in
suspension. Many studies have shown that negative ions are safe and effective. The newly
formed particles become too heavy to stay in the air and fall to the ground, out of the air we
breathe.
Renowned scientists have succeeded in demonstrating that mosquitoes are endowed with
olfactory receptors that are highly sensitive to human body odor, for example from the
secretion of skin pores, such as sweat, hormones or carbon dioxide expelled during breathing
which either actracts or repulses them. Moskitofree’s technology is capable of disturbing and
modifying the recognition of the human and animal body odors.
Every year, the World Mosquito Day is celebrated in August 20, which commemorates the discovery of Sir Ronald Ross, British doctor who notes in 1897 that malaria is transmitted by insect bite. But in 2019, the 20th of August should make it possible to communicate as much as possible about the potential dangers of mosquito bites, the resulting diseases as well as preventive actions.
Partnerships, research, the world is organizing to fight against the major diseases of the insect bite. The insect that is responsible for transmitting malaria, chikungunya, dengue, zika and other vector-borne diseases that affect more than 600 million people worldwide. The mosquito is the deadliest animal on the planet.
Africa, Latin America, South-East Asia are affected but also today with the many international exchanges, Europe and especially France are mobilized against this scourge which spreads in almost all its departments.
States as well as researchers are at the maneuver. They are mobilizing to set up sensors that indicate the most affected points in the world, they use robotics, the sequencing of genes to make an early detection of diseases, new generation pesticides and insecticides validated by WHO are distributed in 12 African countries to go to the most urgent. Finally, new products are on the market such as the Moskitofree which uses the most advanced technology.
The UNF in the framework of its missions supports the prevention actions in this field and will communicate widely and particularly during this world mosquito day on August 20, 2019.
On June 16, 2019, The African Union organizes the World Day of the African Child. This year, African coalitions have planned an African White Band day to eradicate major poverty with adult gatherings also planned for children in Soweto in South Africa, Kenya, Senegal and Tanzania.
The UNF will join this event and communicate widely with states on the rights of the child of the union nations in connection with the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child, to say no to violence and abuse, to promote an environment where talent emerges and say no to prostitution, to discuss on the rights of children who have migrated and to ask the question of the right to maintain a connection with their origins in order to grow up as an an educated and balanced person.
The UNF will contribute to defend the rights of the African child and will participate in urgent actions to prevent the death of a child every 3 seconds as is currently the case.In this context, the UNF will support the Tanzania Conference on the occasion of this World Day of the African Child.
Dans ce cadre, l’UNF soutiendra la Conférence de Tanzanie à l’occasion de cette journée mondiale de l’enfant africain.
Christophe Giovannetti led a part of the UNF, a working session on energy problems in the Comoros at the Ministry of Energy
After two days of visit, it quickly became clear to the delegation of the UNF that energy was the most urgent problem in the Comoros. Indeed, a recurring shortage of electricity greatly disrupts the services of the State and makes it impossible to develop growth.
A working session was organized to audit the problems and better understand them, in order to help the Comoros get out of this energy impasse.
China, very active in this sector, has helped the Union of the Comoros a lot and is now an indisputable ally in this sector. Today, the stakes are extremely important. The Comoros can undoubtedly become a producer state of gas and oil.
The latest analyzes are eloquent, important resources are available. The energy transition will have to be accompanied by all the possible help, in a concern of respect of the local populations. If the State sells a barrel of crude to buy it later refined even more expensive, it will be difficult for him to leave of this energy transition in the best conditions.
Energy, and electricity shortages are extremely aggravating factors of social conflict and destabilization of a fragile peace.
The Union nations federation, following the recommendations of Mrs Sitti Kassim, Minister of Energy, will use its networks to to bring to the Union of the Comoros partners who are concerned about an equitable sharing of wealth.
