Working meeting with Christophe Giovannetti and Ms Bahiat Massoundi, Minister of Transport, Tourism and Posts and Telecommunications
Christophe Giovannetti led the work with Marie Pilati, Delegate for Tourism, with the Director of Cabinet for the preparatory work and then with Mrs. Bahiat Massoundi, Minister concerned.
We were first received by the Director of the Cabinet of Madame laMinistre and have The following projects were discussed together:
– aerial tramway
– passenger transport boats
– airport and fire safety vehicles
– takeover of the construction of a 5 star hotel and development of tourism.
In a second time, Mr Giovannetti and Mrs Pilati met Madam Minister to finalize and concretize a certain number of these projects, including that of the aerial tramway for which Mr. Christophe Giovannetti announced the possible signature of the opening of a line of Air Tramway by the company Air Tramway which must begin the implementation of an equivalent project in Kenya.
The ecological and economic tramway project will enable the population and students to travel at a lower cost in the island and to relieve traffic from the city center.
